Ben Lamm, co-founder of Colossal Biosciences, has teamed up with Palmer Luckey — the billionaire behind Anduril's AI weapons empire — to launch Warhound, a defence-tech startup that emerged from stealth on Thursday with $200 million in seed funding at a $1.2 billion valuation.
